A repeatable system that keeps premium hospitality brands stocked with organised, ready-to-use video assets instead of one-off shoots that disappear to the algorithm.
Brands need consistent video. Most settle for less.
Hotel marketing teams rely on phone footage or one-off shoots that produce a burst of content with no long-term structure. Inconsistent output, missed posting schedules, assets that age quickly.
The Promise
"A steady flow of organised, ready-to-use video. No in-house team required."
Film-industry workflow discipline applied to commercial content strategy. Every shoot planned, every asset catalogued. Month after month.
Content that is meaningful, thoughtful, and purpose-driven.
The Story
A different kind of video producer.
I'm Jerome Smith, and I came up through film and TV as a DIT (Digital Imaging Technician). That background taught me that great content starts with structure: knowing what you're making, why you're making it, and exactly how it will be used.
Most commercial video production is reactive. A brief arrives, a shoot happens, files are delivered, and everyone moves on. There's no system. No long-term thinking. No plan for what comes next.
Jerome Smith Visuals exists to change that. To bring the discipline of a film production pipeline to the commercial content work that hospitality brands actually need.
"Asset longevity over volume. Every piece of content should still be working for your brand in three years."

Philosophy
The work should outlast the brief.
Most content has a shelf life measured in days. That's a structural problem, not a creative one. When content is produced without a plan for how it will be organised, repurposed, and built upon, it has no long-term value.
The Content Vault model is built around the opposite principle: every shoot contributes to a growing library. Every asset is tagged, organised, and ready to deploy.
Purpose before production
Every project starts with a content strategy conversation, not a camera kit list.
Film-industry rigour
Production pipelines, shot lists, colour grading workflows: the same standards as a broadcast shoot, applied to your content calendar.
Asset longevity
Footage is shot and graded to last. Every clip is built to be repurposed, re-edited, and reused. Not discarded after a single post.
Process
From brief to asset library.
01
Discovery
A single call to map your content needs, audience, brand voice, and posting schedule. A conversation, not a questionnaire.
02
Content Strategy
A structured brief outlining what we'll produce, how it maps to your calendar, and how each asset will be used across platforms.
03
Production
On-location shooting with a lean, professional crew. Shot lists approved in advance. No surprises on the day.
04
Delivery
Edited, graded, and organised assets delivered to your platform of choice: tagged, formatted, and ready to publish.
